Broken Anchor Barbershop enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you will be considered a no-show if you are more than TEN minutes late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.
NO-SHOW OR CANCELLATION:
Clients who late cancel (within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment) or do not show up for their scheduled appointments will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.
PLEASE NOTE: Our staff reserves the right to discontinue service to any customers that repeat Late Cancelations and/or No-Shows. Please respect our time as you would expect others to respect yours.
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
